NJTMA & NJ College Consortium apprenticeship training classes.

Attracting, retaining and training skilled workers 

is the Number One challenge facing New Jersey manufacturing companies.

NJTMA wants to introduce you to a program that will help you recruit new talent and upskill and invest in your current employees. Best of all there is not only no cost to you but a $4000 payment to the employer for any employee who completes the course.

NJTMA and the New Jersey Community College Consortium have two
apprenticeship courses now being offered: 

An 13 credit Academic Certificate in Precision Machining Technology

An 18 credit Academic Certificate in Industrial Maintenance Technology

Online Classes

Employees proceed at their own pace and on their own time.

 No Risk / No Cost

Employers are paid $4000 for every employee graduate.

Employee Buy - In

College credits. NIMS and Journeyman certificates.
